“Show” party membership in non-public enterprises

In order to truly make the party spirit shine in practice, further enhance the sense of service and responsibility of party members, the Company’s party committee focused on “show” in the activity of “Show the Identity of Party Members”. Show your position to strive for advanced title, and show your performance to compare the contribution. Party member Chen Guifen is responsible for the retirement affairs of Anshan People's Shopping Mall Co., Ltd. There are frequent visits, and she listens carefully to the opinions and suggestions of retirees. She makes great efforts not to hand in the problems, not to intensify contradictions, and not bothered to explanations. “Strengthen” party organizations in non-public enterprises

In order to “strengthen” party organizations in non-public enterprises, the Company’s party committee actively promotes the project of “improving party building and realizing progress of both party and enterprise”, make every effort to train party members into excellent business managers, and train excellent business managers into party members. Li Meng was originally the manager of the Company's Bossini specialty store, and her work had always been in the forefront. Leaders of the party organization talked to her for many times, as a store manager, she not only should be professional, but also required progress in political ideology. Afterwards, Li Meng submitted a Party membership application to the party organization and joined the Communist Party of China. Currently, she has been promoted as the manager of Tianxing Shopping Plaza Co., Ltd. In order to accomplish the operation and management work, she overcame the difficulties of young children and diseased parents, and devoted herself to the operation and management work.

Along with the development of the enterprise, the party organizations have also grown in the enterprise. The Company’s party committee had 82 party members, 2 general party branches and 4 party branches at the beginning of its establishment. Now, the number of party members reaches 228, and there are 5 general party branches and 11 party branches. In recent years, 31 party members have been newly recruited, injecting fresh blood to the party organization.

“Activate” party building mechanism in non-public enterprises

In view of the characteristics that the management system of non-public enterprises is different from that of state-owned enterprises, the Company’s party committee finds the right entry point for its work and positions its work as the service provider and promoter of enterprise development, and the guide and guarantor of the healthy enterprise development. A series of scientific and effective party building work systems have been established, such as the Party Member Study System and the Regular Party Building Work Meeting System. Among the party members, themed practical activities (e.g. “Enterprises Rely on Me to Develop and I Rely on Enterprises to Survive”) and cultural and sports entertainment activities (e.g. “Concentrate Mind and Strength to Recreate Glory” and “Love Tianxing, Skill Competition” were held. Through effective carriers and vigorous activities, the sense of honor of party members and employees for loving the enterprise was enhanced. A good atmosphere of “the superior level setting an example to the lower level, and the party members leading the ordinary employees” was formed in the company, making the party building work constantly radiate vitality.

In recent years, the Company’s party committee has been appraised as an “advanced party committee” by the municipal and district party committees. The experience of the party building work has been introduced by provincial and municipal authorities. The party building model and the party building work experience materials “Adhere to the Scientific Outlook on Development, Achieve Promising Party Building Work of Non-Public Enterprise” created by the Company’s party committee were published in the Grass-Roots Party Building of the Communist Party of China and the Classic Cases of National Grass-Roots Party Building published by the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and was listed as a classic teaching case by the Party Building Teaching and Research Department of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.

The reason why the party flag is flying high here is because it benefits from the strong support of the Board of Directors and the executive leaders of the Company, from a party committee striving to make progress, and from the joint efforts of the vast party members.

At present, all party members of the Company earnestly implement the document spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, are full of pride work solidly, and are striving to create a new situation of party building work.
