VI設(shè)計(jì)公司員工崗位保密工作規(guī)范及準(zhǔn)則

根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)勞動(dòng)法》和《深圳經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)勞動(dòng)合同條例》及其他有關(guān)法律法規(guī)的規(guī)定，甲乙雙方本著平等自愿、協(xié)商一致的原則，達(dá)成如下協(xié)議：

一、 甲方對(duì)乙方的行為規(guī)范要求：
1、 員工敬業(yè)及合作精神要求：
1） 乙方在任何時(shí)候都要將實(shí)現(xiàn)甲方的最大利益作為自己行為準(zhǔn)則。乙方的行為不能對(duì)甲方公司的工作氛圍產(chǎn)生負(fù)面或不良影響。
2） 乙方需嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行公司制定的所有規(guī)章制度，并承擔(dān)所有違章責(zé)任。
3） 乙方應(yīng)努力履行自己的職責(zé)以及上級(jí)管理人員交給的其他任務(wù)。VI設(shè)計(jì)公司公司倡導(dǎo)員工之間的合作與相互支持，員工應(yīng)該以禮貌及合作的態(tài)度對(duì)待同事及來(lái)訪者。
4） 乙方應(yīng)在第一時(shí)間以信任的態(tài)度與其相關(guān)上級(jí)管理人員或合作的同事就發(fā)生在工作中的任何問(wèn)題進(jìn)行討論，而非與公司以外的任何人討論這些問(wèn)題。
5） 乙方不得利用自己的職務(wù)謀取不當(dāng)利益。
6） 如甲方確因經(jīng)營(yíng)需要或因乙方的能力及表現(xiàn)，可變更乙方的工作范圍及職責(zé)，或?qū)⒁曳降目蛻?hù)及案源資訊轉(zhuǎn)移他人負(fù)責(zé)，乙方有反映本人意見(jiàn)的權(quán)利，但未經(jīng)甲方批準(zhǔn)，必須服從。
2、 工作行為規(guī)范準(zhǔn)則：
1） 上班時(shí)間必須充分利用于工作上，任何員工都不得占用工作時(shí)間來(lái)處理私人事物。唯有工作資料可以放在辦公室，私人文件和資料都不得存于辦公室內(nèi)。
2） 工作時(shí)間內(nèi)嚴(yán)禁在辦公室玩電腦游戲、瀏覽與工作無(wú)關(guān)的網(wǎng)站或閱讀與工作無(wú)關(guān)的資料、書(shū)籍。發(fā)現(xiàn)一次，罰款伍拾元整。
3） 乙方需自覺(jué)保護(hù)公司的設(shè)備、工具和用品，同時(shí)應(yīng)該節(jié)約使用公司的設(shè)備和辦公用品、工具，除特殊規(guī)定的使用外，公司的設(shè)備和工具只能用于與工作有關(guān)部門(mén)的目的。乙方對(duì)其故意造成的任何辦公設(shè)備、用品的損失或損壞都負(fù)有賠償責(zé)任。
4） 乙方應(yīng)積極完成上級(jí)管理人員交托的任務(wù)，如未能完成任務(wù)又不予以合理解釋的，公司可按怠職處理。業(yè)務(wù)和工程人員需每周五上交工作報(bào)告給部門(mén)主管，以便主管了解情況來(lái)安排下周工作。

二、 甲方對(duì)乙方的商業(yè)保密要求：
1、 甲乙雙方約定，乙方同意在受雇甲方服務(wù)期內(nèi)，乙方對(duì)所有甲方只商業(yè)機(jī)密負(fù)有保密責(zé)任，甲方具體商業(yè)秘密保密事項(xiàng)如下：
1） 甲方的業(yè)務(wù)秘密，包括商品產(chǎn)、供銷(xiāo)渠道，客戶(hù)名單、名片，買(mǎi)賣(mài)意向，成交或商談的價(jià)格，商品性能、質(zhì)量、數(shù)量、交貨日期。
2） 甲方的經(jīng)營(yíng)秘密，包括經(jīng)營(yíng)方針，投資決策意向，產(chǎn)品服務(wù)定價(jià)，市場(chǎng)分析，廣告策略。
3） 甲方的管理秘密，包括財(cái)務(wù)資料、人事資料、工資薪酬資料、物流資料。
4） 甲方的技術(shù)秘密，包括由乙方跟進(jìn)的所有工作內(nèi)容及資料。如：SOURCE CODE、SCHEMATIC、PCB LAYOUT 等。若資料需給客戶(hù)，必須CC給工程主管人員。公司內(nèi)部人員若需技術(shù)資料可向工程主管人員申請(qǐng)。
2、 乙方所涉及有關(guān)部門(mén)甲方公司之作業(yè)流程，作業(yè)方式及與作業(yè)相關(guān)之資訊信息、客戶(hù)訊息等均屬甲方之商業(yè)機(jī)密，乙方不得以任何方式對(duì)外泄露。
3、 乙方在簽訂勞動(dòng)合同后不得向任何其他人或?qū)嶓w使用任何與公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)方式或業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)信息及文件、公司客戶(hù)名單、公司提供服務(wù)的價(jià)格，一旦甲方發(fā)現(xiàn)乙方有上述任何一種行為，即視為乙方違反了本合同之保密條款之約定，乙方應(yīng)賠償甲方人民幣伍萬(wàn)元整，若因此而給甲方造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失或其他損失的，甲方可依法予以追究、索償。

三、 本協(xié)議一式兩份，甲乙雙方各執(zhí)一份。經(jīng)雙方確認(rèn)簽字蓋章后立即執(zhí)行生效。
